First, I plan each detail—from coordinating the grand ballroom setup to timing award presentations. Additionally, I liaise with sponsors and volunteers to ensure a smooth flow. I also create clear run-sheets and manage logistics, so the team focuses on celebrating nominees. Furthermore, I’ll capture the evening’s highlights and share stories that inspire attendees.
